Social Media & Content Creator – Ongoing Long-Term Role (Health / Fitness / Physio Brand)

We’re looking for a skilled Social Media & Content Creator to work with us long term. This is NOT a short-term project. We want someone who can grow with the brand. About Us We are a performance-focused Physiotherapy & Strength Training clinic. We help active adults and youth athletes move better, get stronger and stay injury-free. Our brand is: - Professional - Evidence-based - Local authority - Not gimmicky - Not “influencer fitness” What We Need. You must be able to: Graphic Design - Create clean, professional graphics aligned with brand - Design carousels, educational slides, quote posts, call-to-action posts - Follow brand fonts, colours, layout consistency - Avoid overly busy or generic template designs Video Editing - Edit short-form videos (Reels) - Add captions - Add simple motion graphics - Format correctly for Instagram and Facebook - Repurpose longer videos into short clips Post Creation & Copywriting - Create posts aligned to our client avatar - Write captions that educate and convert - Understand positioning (authority over hype) - Use structured hooks and clear calls to action Platforms - Facebook - Instagram - Google Business Profile posts (important) - Understanding of local SEO signals is a bonus Ideal Person - Have experience with health, physio or fitness brands - Understand local service businesses (not ecommerce) - Think strategically (not just “post content”) - Can plan content monthly - Can suggest ideas (not wait to be told everything) - Are consistent and reliable - Communicate clearly - Can quote an hourly rate Bonus: - Experience running paid ads - Basic understanding of funnels - Understanding of brand positioning Work Scope - Ongoing long-term engagement - 8–15 hours per week to start (flexible) - Content calendar planning - Editing provided raw footage - Creating graphics from supplied ideas - Scheduling posts When Applying, Please Include: - Portfolio (health / fitness preferred) Example of: - Carousel post - Short-form video - Google Business post - Your hourly rate - Your weekly availability - What tools you use (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.) A short explanation of how you would grow a local physio brand All content created belongs to the business.
