Freelance Web Content & Data Entry Assistant (Remote / Flexible)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Content Operations Intern to support our ongoing web migration project. In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing and transferring web assets across our platforms. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role ideal for someone who already understands digital content structures, basic web formatting, and is comfortable working inside Content Management Systems (CMS). Key Responsibilities: Content Migration & Integration: Seamlessly transfer existing digital content and media assets from legacy platforms into our updated CMS architecture. Quality Assurance & Formatting: Ensure structural and visual consistency across all web pages, strictly adhering to brand style guidelines. Asset Management: Coordinate, align, and integrate digital media and visual assets within the designated web frameworks. On-Page Optimization: Implement internal navigation structures and manage basic HTML snippet integrations to ensure page functionality. High-Volume Execution: Maintain a consistent, high daily output of processed pages while upholding strict accuracy standards. Availability & Communication Requirements: Dedicated Desk Presence: This role requires you to be actively at your workstation throughout the duration of your shift. Strict Responsiveness: All system and messaging notifications must remain ON. Immediate acknowledgment of task updates or queries is expected. Real-Time Coordination: Upon acceptance of the role, you must provide your direct phone number and professional email. You will be required to join our internal communication channels and must be readily available for ad-hoc alignments via WhatsApp, direct voice calls, and Google Meet whenever project needs dictate. Dynamic Compensation Structure: Pay is determined by the daily volume of project allocations available: Standard/High-Volume Days (10 or more allocated tasks): A fixed daily stipend of ₹600. This rate applies to full workdays requiring your complete desk availability to meet our standard high-volume operational targets. Low-Volume Days (Under 10 allocated tasks): On days with lighter project flows, compensation shifts to a piece-rate model of ₹50 per completed asset/page.
