I need a skilled social-media marketer to turn our IT company’s profiles into a steady source of qualified leads. The focus is squarely on lead generation—not vanity metrics—so every recommendation, post, and campaign you craft should point prospects toward our contact forms and demos. You’ll begin by auditing what we have, then deliver a 90-day content calendar, creative assets, copy, hashtag research, and a simple tracking sheet tying KPIs (lead count, CTR, conversion rate) back to each piece of content. Weekly performance snapshots and a month-end summary will keep us aligned on what’s working. Acceptance criteria • Calendar approved before content production starts. • At least two lead-oriented posts per platform every week. • Clear UTM tracking so leads can be attributed to channel and post. • End-of-month report demonstrating movement on lead volume.
