Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Oaysus as a Knowledge Base and Technical Support Specialist that is fluent in English reading and writing. Our business is focused on creating a post purchase upsell application for Shopify store owners, allowing them to build out post purchase upsell pages that present customers with an opportunity to purchase an additional product upon completion of an order. As we continue to develop this application, we require someone who can build a comprehensive knowledge base using the web-based tool Intercom, and actively test the application to identify any bugs or issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
• Building a comprehensive knowledge base using Intercom that will serve as a resource for our customers, outlining all the functionality of our application and providing step-by-step walk-throughs to help users make the most of the features available.
• Actively testing our application during the development phase to ensure all features are working correctly and identify any issues or bugs that need to be addressed.
• Providing prompt and effective customer service through live chat support, answering customer queries and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Writing blog posts related to post purchase upsells and e-commerce solutions, utilizing the Chat GPT tool to rapidly generate content that is both search engine friendly and engaging to potential users.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing and customer support, with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple and easy-to-follow instructions.
• Familiarity with Intercom or similar web-based tools for building knowledge bases and providing customer support.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and report bugs or issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide prompt and effective customer service through live chat support.
• Experience in generating blog posts and other written content related to e-commerce solutions and post purchase upsells, with a strong understanding of search engine optimization.
