This concept of a full optimization package for Amazon is very unique and attractive to many brands. Therefore, our small team of nine people needs reinforcements, so we can add more items and brands to our product range and to manage all these items.
We are looking for a German-speaking virtual employees from any country. It is important that you speak German, as we sell our articles on [url removed, login to view] and all our articles are described in German. You should also have good computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel). However, the most important thing is that you are interested in the work, in learning a lot of new skills in a short amount of time and also that you can work independently and responsibly.
These tasks are all very important and crucial to the success of our company. We are not just looking for an assistant to do the tasks, we are looking for a real long term employee for each of the following job roles:
Product & Brand-Search and Partner Acquisition:
This is about looking for products and brands on Amazon that fit our criteria. Then we'll contact those brands and analyze their Amazon presence to give them suggestions on how we can optimize it. At last we look for profitable items, which we then purchase.
Difficulty level: medium, German level: B2, 5-10h / week
Inventory Management and Purchase of Items:
This involves analyzing the items we are currently selling and new items we want to sell to predict their sales and then purchase them accordingly.
Difficulty level: medium, German level: B1, 15-20h / week
Sales monitoring & optimization and customer service:
This task is a daily task. It's about watching the items we sell to see if the price is right and we still have enough stock. In addition, customer requests must be answered on a daily basis and invoices sent to customers.
Difficulty level: easy, German level: B2, 5-10h / week
Create and optimize product listing:
This is the most difficult and time consuming task. It requires a high level of German to write the sales description. You also need knowlegde in keyword reseach and Amazon SEO & SEA, but we can teach you that. This task is about creating a new Amazon listing: searching for suitable keywords, looking for attractive pictures and writing convincing sales descriptions. Subsequently, the product listing is promoted by the correct SEA measures and continuously optimized. This is the most important task in our business.
