Job Description:
Purchased an Amazon KDP and ACX business and am in need of the following contracts:
1. Asset purchase agreement
2. Non-Compete agreement
3. Non-disclosure agreement
There are a list of books that were purchased along with the account of the owner and I would like to make sure this is all transferred and in writing. The majority of the books are not copyrighted, however the books have an ISBN from Amazon. Should Amazon ask, I would like to have a letter between me and the seller of the books, stating that all rights to the books were purchased and that all rights of the books, in every published or unpublished format now belong to me.
Additionally, I would like a summarized review of the Amazon KDP and ACX terms and conditions. I want to know what agreements I may need if Amazon comes asking for any specific documents to prove I am the owner of the books. Terms and conditions below:
