Shopify Developer / CRO / SEO Specialist Needed for Established High-Performing Flooring Website (Live Site Redesign on Impulse Theme) We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify developer / CRO and SEO-focused specialist to work on an already live, established, high-quality e-commerce website in the UK flooring industry. This is not a new website build from scratch. Our website is already trading, already ranking, already generating traffic and sales, and already has strong brand positioning within our sector. We are now moving into the next stage of growth and want the right person to help us significantly improve the site through a carefully planned revamp onto the Shopify Impulse theme. The successful developer must understand the difference between building a basic store and improving an existing, revenue-generating website where SEO, conversion rate, user journey, brand trust, and technical cleanliness all matter. We need someone who can look at the current website, understand what is already working, identify what is holding it back, and then execute a much better version of the site within the new theme structure. What we are looking for We are in the process of moving to the Impulse theme, and we want the right developer to help us turn that into a major step forward for the business. The right candidate will review the current live site in detail and help improve the following areas: 1. Theme redevelopment with a premium, modern feel We want the new theme to feel more polished, more premium, and more conversion-focused than the current site. The design direction should be: clean and modern visually stronger more premium in presentation easier to shop better structured on mobile and desktop more trustworthy and more commercially effective This is not about adding design for the sake of design. Every visual and layout decision should support: clarity trust product discovery easier navigation stronger conversion 2. Better conversion rate optimisation across the site We want someone who can actively identify ways to increase conversion rates, not just move content from one theme to another. This includes improving: call-to-action positioning product page structure collection page usability trust signals sample ordering flow financing / payment messaging delivery messaging information hierarchy mobile shopping experience overall user confidence at every stage of the buying process We want a developer who can tell us why certain changes should be made, not just implement instructions. 3.
