2. The proposed strategy must be able to clearly identify the current and future benefits that may accrue to the organization.
3. You will need to critically evaluate the nature and implications of the problems that may arise as a result of the implementation of the new compensation system.
4. You must provide any five recommendations that you believe would facilitate greater effectiveness and acceptability to employees of the new compensation system.
