Included will be the identification of common law duty of care, the appropriate legislation and regulations and the necessary actions to ensure compliance in the workplace. **Module 2- Contribute to the implementation of a systematic approach to managing OHS**

This module will specify the outcomes required to identify hazards and assess OHS risks in the workplace. The knowledge processes and techniques necessary to identify the hazards and assess risks using the developed processes and tools will be addressed. The module will also introduce the basic incident analysis as an important skill underlying incident investigation.
