* * *I have written an approximately 100 page outline / book on how to use software tools to improve sales and management of B2B service businesses (ie. commercial cleaning).
The book is both a stand-alone tool outlining many of the challenges service businesses face, and ways to defeat the competition by selling a tangible service proposition. It also discusses ways to manage consistent service quality and retain customers.
In its current form it's not structured as clearly as it needs to be, and it needs more content. I just can't look at it anymore, and need some solid outside help to format the thought process more concisely. I'd also love to see the body of it be about double of what it is now - I have a good amount of outline / written content and suggestions, but need someone who can dedicate some time to make it a high quality finished product.
I will be self publishing the book on Amazon, and will also need help with best use of fonts, layout, and presentation. I have a first print draft already, and it's definitely currently looking like somebody's first attempt. Help!
*** Aside from being a stand-alone guide the book is also intended to promote a software system that helps accomplish both sales goals and ongoing service quality management.
It is intended to be helpful to service providers on its own, but also encourage the purchase of the software system which addresses all issues at once and takes the service business to a more successful level.
