I have a text of 191 pages to format (in word - the language is italian).
Now it is formatted irregularly in an A4 format.
I want to format it in a more regular way.
Specifically: using styles in a right way. (don't bid if you don't know what a "style" in word is)
I want no more than 10-15 different styles (basically I want just the main: Normal, Title1, Title2 etc...) for the whole book.
Graphics etc should therefore be formatted in order to fit inside the new format and put in B&W.
All body text characters in Georgia
Titles in Verdana
Keep bold italic etc now present in the text.
Graphic and coloured title should be rewritten in text B&W.
If you know word it is an easy work. Basically you must go through the different pages and make the actual styles more uniform.
