Entering Baby Names into Excel

We are currently creating a database of names and need to transfer roughly 11,000 names from paper into an Excel spreadsheet. The data entry would simply require someone to look at the list of names and enter in the Name, Origin of Name, Sex, and Meaning. For Example: Name: Matt Origin: Hebrew Sex: Male Meaning: God's Gift *Also, please see the attached file to see a more in depth look at what we are looking for. Very Simple! We just don't have the time to do it. We need these ASAP so we are looking for 8 days turnaround. We would prefer to work with someone who has OCR (optical character recoginition) machinery. We are looking for someone who's fast and HONEST. Honest being the keyword since we have been burned in the past. This is the second time we are posting this project since the previous service provider cancelled on us after two months of waiting. We would prefer to work with someone here in the United States or Canada, but all are welcome to bid. We expect constant communication and updates on progress. Once bidding ends we will send out the required information to start the data entry. Thank you.
