Our company has few interesting IT related products. Considering that the products are very interesting, we have a lot of requests from various companies for representing our company and re-selling our products for different territories. We need to create followinf partnership agreements:
1. Pass-through agreement which we will use when there is a contact that is able to sell our product to a certain client, so this contract will be used to make sure that this client will be locked for a certain period for the contact.
2. Re-seller agreement which may be exclusive or non-exclusive for certain territory or territories and which may take different period of time (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ...months).
In both cases, the contact must be enabled to represent our company in the front of certain client or for certain territory.
