I have also submitted a proposal to the Rockerfeller Foundation with a view of establishing an agency to disseminate information about trade opportunities within the Nile Basin countries as well as the COMESA region, especially withe the looming expirely of the Cotonou Agreement (ACP agreement) that may result in reduced trade between African, Carribean and Pacific countries on one hand and the European Union on the other.
