We are looking for someone to handle our e-mail customer service remotely; we are looking to hire someone for the long-term. Time commitment will be approximately 30-50 hours per month. The hours are very flexible, and obviously this is a work from home job. Requirements: - Fluent in English, excellent grammar is important - Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat personality - Experience with working directly with customers Job Duties: - Assist customers with concerns regarding shipping, changing addresses, refunds, etc. All support is handled via e-mail. Up for bid is one week of customer support (training included of course). Training and actual support will not exceed 10 hours during the 7 days. Please, serious inquiries only. Bidder will need to become trained with back-end system, and will be expected to answer e-mails during the 7 days. Training will not be very difficult at all, and will include how to search for orders, change addresses, refund customers, etc.
