I have outlined a 250-300 page short fiction novel which covers the state of baseball today and the travest of what has befallen the small market teams. The story is about a renegade owner who has just purchased controlling interest in the KC Royals and covers his plan to bring the team back to respectability and his continual fight with major league baseball, the old guard, and the players union.
To be selected for this project you must have a more than adequate knowledge of baseball and the dynamics of the things I have outlined above. I need the work done in three weeks so I also need dedication to the project.
I will supply the outline as well as some audio on the flow and of the book so that you can pretty much write the story from the audio narration. This work will need to be perfectly edited and ready for publication. You will receive no writers credit for the work and it will be published under my own publishing structure and I will retain all rights to the work. You will have to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to beginning work.
It will be important to meet milestones on the project and be available for periodic communication as needed on the project.
