A 120 page document has already been translated from English to Spanish, and is in Word format. The English version of this document is already in HTML. Because this document is accessed by dial-up users, the formating is kept to an absolute minimum.
The Spanish text needs to be cut and pasted into the document, so we have the EXACT same formatting, but with the Spanish text. It is NOT acceptable to save the document as HTML with a lot of extra tags - the two versions should be identical with respect to formatting, with only the text being different.
There is no need to speak Spanish to complete this project, since there is absolutely no editing of the document required.
Attached is an example of a completed chapter. The English HTML version, the Spanish MS Word version, and the completed work, the Spanish HTML version, are all included.
