Ghostwriter needed for quick rewriting job (<10-page report on how to 'ethically' cheat in college)

There is a MS Word *.doc file attached to this project. Please take a look at it. That file must become a coherent, 13-page report.

So your job is to:

1) **Rewrite everything that's highlighted in yellow**, red or pink (the small paragraphs that appear almost on every page) - transform those bizzare-looking sentences and bulleted lists into coherent paragraphs of logical text, either by rephrasing or by writing your own ideas.

2) **Proof-read** everything else and make any necessary adjustments to make everything sound like it was written by a native English speaker

3) Finally, **review the whole document** and make any other necessary adjustments that it needs to become a solid report. There must be no obvious spelling and grammar errors, no incoherence or awkward-sounding sentences. It must look fairly professional.

You will NOT have to work on the layout or the formatting. It's only the text that you need to work on: to make it logical, coherent and decent.

Please note that this is a fairly easy job - the whole report will be UNDER 10 pages! - no research is involved and very little creativity is demanded. Basically, you will have to sit in front of your keyboard, read an idea and type it in your own words.

Therefore, I will be expecting fair bids and a fairly quick turnaround.
