''How To'' writing for website

I need a writer to research and write several "how to" articles for use on my website. The articles should be written in the exact same style, length and format as the how to articles written on [[login to view URL]][1]. Please read several articles on [[login to view URL]][1] before bidding on this project to make sure you are capable in writing in that format and style. The articles should have an identical format to eHow and be written in bullet point format and be organized with the same divisions (intro, steps, tips, warnings.) The articles must be accurate and very well researched. Here are the subjects that I would like the writing to be on: 1. How to get a payday loan / fast cash advance. 2. How to get a payday loan / fast cash advance without getting cheated. 3. How to compare the costs of different payday loans. 4. How to understand the cost of a payday loan. 5. How to find a reputable payday loan / fash cash advance provider. 6. How to minimize the cost of a payday loan. Please bid on completing the entire group of 6 articles. You can do all the research for these articles on the web, but you must produce original valuable content that will help consumers educate themselves about payday loans and cash advances. ## Deliverables Article Requirements * 6 Articles of length: 200-500 words per article (same as found on eHow com) * Same format and style as that found on [login to view URL] Format * Articles need to be submitted as individual Word .DOC files or Notepad .TXT files without formatting, just line breaks between paragraphs. A zipped file containing all the files is also acceptable. No HTML coding or formatting please. Deadline - Articles should be completed within 3 days of bid acceptance.. (Keep in mind this I am also looking for a long term content writer(s) and if you work is acceptable I will hiring you for more articles in the weeks ahead. If you cannot meet this deadline but wish to bid, you may submit a bid with an alternate deadline (example 10 days instead of 3 days). Original content The content should be original and reflect current knowledge. Copy-and-paste from other articles or websites is not acceptable. The basic guideline used in university papers should be followed; Referring to other sources to learn enough to write the article is fine, but all content must be WRITTEN IN YOUR OWN WORDS. If several sources say the same thing then it is probably "common knowledge." (example: "There are 50 states in the United States" and "Microsoft Windows is the most common computer operating system in use today" are both common knowledge.). If only one or two sources are saying something, then that source should be given clear credit for the information. ( It is not likely that such unique information would be included in the article.) List of sources required - The author should submit with the article a list of all URLs and any other sources consulted while doing the writing the article (even for things that are just common knowledge.) . Exclusive rights - Under no circumstance are the articles written for us allowed to be re-sold, re-distributed or re-used in any way. By accepting payment you transfer to us complete ownership of all the documents with complete copyrights to use and publish all work purchased. (If you later want to submit them as a writing sample in bidding for other work please contact us. We are reasonable about such matters.) Confidentiality - Due to confidentiality reasons, the successful bidder is not allowed to communicate this assignment (including the articles delivered and amounts paid) to unrelated parties without our written consent. No byline - The author/bidder is a ghost-writer and will not be given a byline or other credit. We may in the future, list your name in the about us section of our website, but we cannon guarantee that. If in the future, we decide to grant the author/bidder a byline for this work, on our website or elsewhere, the decision to do this and for how long will be strictly at our discretion. Copyright - All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete world copyrights to all work purchased.
