I need someone to help me craft a new Refund Policy.
Here's the current refund policy.
I want to add in provision for unexpected delays due to server problems, or Facebook changes that are out of our control.
I want to add a provision that makes it clear we do not guarantee a time frame for fans to be delivered. And that refunds are not issued unless less than10% of the order of fans have been delivered in 30 days.
Clarify the guarantee that they will receive all of their fans. But we will not give refunds for time delays.
