Guide OpenBSD on Soekris 4801 as a postfix mail relay

I need a how to guide that makes me able to set up a Soekris 4801 box with OpenBSD as operationg system.

As I do not have a OpenBSD box running, the method should either be makeing an image from a FreeBSD box, or installing via ftp on the box.

The OS should be on a 1 GB cf card, in read only mode, to keep it secure.

Their will also be installed a 40+ GB harddisk that can be used to all read write operations, the system should be toerant to powerfailure.

The box should act as a mail relay placed in a DMZ, the MTA is Postfix.

On the inside there is an MS Exchange groupeware server, it should be possible to update the pstfix server with known users from the MS exchange as described in the [url removed, login to view]

the guide shoudl also containg information on setting OpenNTP (OpenBSD version) and harding the system, it should be accessble from a restriced IP address via ssh, and not allow root login over ssh.
