Can you write non fiction reports, more needed!

(I am posting a new project as I've selected a freelancer for the last project and can't work out how to pick more than one provider).
I am looking for simple non fiction reports on any subject which you have an interest in, or can research enough to write a report.
Each report should be around 10 pages long in Word format (5000 words or slightly less with pictures or illustrations) and be original work.
Subject matter can be anything, but should be something that would appeal to the general public or internet community.
If you are an expert in saving money, or training dogs, or restoring furniture, or collecting star wars memorobelia, or catching mice, or making soup, or getting free software, or collecting modern art or WHATEVER and you can write a report then please bid.
I am looking to pay around $25 per report. The reason is not that I'm a cheapskate but that I have no idea what your report will be like. It's very hard to estimate the quality I'd get from you.
But if you can write more than one and they're good, I'll buy more from you after you've done the first one.
Please be prepared to sign over any copyright on the work to me, and note that the report may be changed in any way I choose.
