We are seeking an experienced call center operations writer with a keen understanding of e-commerce direct marketing to help us from scratch create documentation requirements, including a policies and procedures manual, training materials, all scripts for inbound agents, and development of a call scripting tool and other potential documents related to the operation of our call center (chat, e-mail, text).
Given our high standards, the ideal candidate must be highly detailed-oriented but also be versatile and flexible enough to take on additional support responsibilities as we expand our product line and presence within our customer base/market. This person must also be customer-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven.
We are working on this urgently, and our team is working 24/7 to transition to in-house support so need someone that can dedicate time immediately.
