Long term Article Writer needed for an outsourcing Company

We are looking for quality Article Writers to join our team of outsourcers. This is what this job will require. The ability to have and know how to use yahoo messenger to keep in touch with the manager. The ability to produce fast and well written articles. We offer Payment daily or weekly or monthly. After the first payment from here you will have the option to choose GAF or Paypal. Bonuses. Pay raises. The job starts at 1.00 per articles. You must be able to produce 10 and no less then 10 well researched and written articles a day. We ask that you be able to work 5 to 7 days a week. No less than 5. We understand that some may have family or wish to observe weekly holidays to rest and recuperate. This is fine as well. The average article we sell is 400 words. They get anywhere from 300 to 500 words in length. If the article request is 300 words article must not be less than 300 words. The articles must PASS the manager if it does not pass inspection it is a dud and you must either revise it or rewrite it. The Auction will end when I find the perfect one so please do not rush me. I hate being rushed. Also ENGLISH if your English and grammar is horrible then please do not expect us to consider you. You will be judged not only by articles you submit for us to review during this interviewing process but you will also be judged how you respond during this interview process. So a generic answer like ready to start will not get you anywhere. Be creative when writing even when bidding. This is an outsourcing job so articles WILL be in very many different categories. You must have the ability to research FAST. You will not be working with me you will be working with my manager. She too is a writer so you have to impress her first. ONCE AGAIN Starting rate is 1.00 per article. Most customers will order packs of 10 . So if in a pinch and you realllllyyyyy need some cash we can pay you per job till you get on your feet. We would prefer to pay you per day or per week. Your bids MUST reflect the either the daily or weekly price. You must also state that in time frame as in you are not going to put in there 7 days worth of work in one day. Also you are not going to be paid for idol time you will only get paid for the work you do. So if out of one week you only work 3 days and those three days you produce 30 articles you will only get paid for 30 articles. In your opening bid you must state that you understand and agree to these terms. In PMB you MUST attach in format of your choice sample copies for my manager to look over. I will not contact you till I feel I have enough applicants then I will contact everyone who interest me one by one. So please give me time to answer.
