Hello, The mistake that ruins sheets is compensating twice. If the tool diameter is baked into the vector and VCarve is also asked to offset for the cutter, every part comes out undersized by a full tool width and nobody notices until the joint will not close. So I draw true finished geometry, dimension to finished size, and leave the offset to the toolpath, with dog bones sized to the actual cutter you run. On corners I would want to know which faces are visible on each piece before placing relief. A dog bone eats into the corner itself, a T bone pushes it into the adjacent face, and on a door frame that choice is the difference between a clean visible edge and a scar in the wrong place. Your acceptance criteria are all checkable by machine, so I check them rather than eyeball them. Before a file leaves me it goes through a pass that fails loudly on open contours, duplicate or overlapping vectors, self intersections, anything on the wrong layer, and any dimension outside the tolerance band. You get that report with the files, so the workshop is not where a problem is found. Layers stay separated for cut, engrave and drill, and I test the VCarve import myself rather than assume it is clean. Sample before award: send one sketch with the material thickness and the cutter you run, and I will return that piece complete, so you can open it in Aspire and judge it there. Amul
