My wallet and phone are currently being held at the Lisbon Airport police station. I already have the reference number, contact name, and pick-up authorization letter from the officers, so the station is prepared to release the items as soon as someone shows valid ID and signs for me. Here’s what I need done: 1. Visit the police desk in the arrivals hall, present the authorization, and collect the wallet and phone. 2. Photograph both items immediately after pick-up so I can confirm condition. 3. Package them securely and send them to my address in the United States via an express service (DHL, FedEx, UPS—whichever you can access fastest). 4. Purchase full insurance for the shipment and share the receipt along with the tracking number. I will cover every out-of-pocket cost—courier fees, insurance, packing materials—plus your service fee. Please let me know your earliest availability and roughly how long it will take you to complete the whole process once hired.
