Se hai già svuotato la cache locale e non hai toccato né la zona né il server, il problema non è lato client ma qualcosa cambiato a monte: un disallineamento tra gli NS delegati presso il registrar e quelli effettivamente serviti dal tuo server autoritativo, oppure un malfunzionamento puntuale del name server nel rispondere a quel record da certi resolver. Per prima cosa lancio dig +trace da più punti e confronto gli NS delegati con il SOA reale, oltre a controllare lo storico del serial per capire se c'è stato un cambio recente non manuale (rinnovo automatico del dominio, pannello del registrar, ecc). Questo isola la causa in meno di un'ora. Se la causa è nella zona o nella configurazione del server, la correggo e la verifico con dig e traceroute da più location, più il caricamento reale via browser, dentro questo stesso budget. Se invece il disallineamento è lato registrar (delega NS, glue record, o qualcosa toccato in un pannello diverso da quello della zona), questo richiede un intervento su quell'account specifico e te lo segnalo appena confermato, prima di darlo per incluso.
