I can transfer your existing HTML/State site along with database (if attached to new WHM server via cPanel. Once transferred website would be tested on test URL to make sure everything work. Then DNS would be updated to point new server via A Record (IP) or namerservers. Your email would also be created on new server and existing emails would also be transferred. Do your current server has cPanel or some other panel such as Plesk? Final Deliverables: Fully functional website on new server along with domain email. Timeline: If its small site, then within 24h would be transferred with email. There is domain propogation standard time on internet for domain pointing to 48 hrs. But that is completed within hour or so in 99.99% cases.
