DEMO VERSION: Interactive Questions Gaming Site

We are looking for a strong confident developer who can make a simple but complicated demo of the school question gaming site we need for our client. we are working with school kids for a question and answer fun program that they can win prizes. The games consist of categories and multiple choice questions in education. This is the part A of a possible 2 part program, one being a DEMO(Part A) and one being a FULL SITE LATER(Part B). This bid/quote is the initial demo site which should be highly functional but on a lesser scale then we need for a full elaborate site. We will provide the full site details once this is all done and approved by our clients team. it should include the following. it should be MODERN and COOL and NICE COLORS and work on a small scale of the upcoming larger site. Which means all below should be functional for demo 1) home page with top bar 2) products sliding bar on home page with click to product (Max 4 items) 3) gaming page(s) (multiple choice categorize answers on education questions) 4) sign in/register/login (id not signed up, they cannot play the games) 5) home page slides (slider 6 images) 6) game functionality (should work as real game would. just need two or three real working demo education (math, science, geology,?) question and answer games based on number of players. Can be same game repeated but just by amount of players. end of game and results to rewards must have function. simple and sweet. 7) waiting area for the games that need multiple players (with a click approval each two minutes to wait for the game if not enough players so always updating) 8) payment page (doesn't have to be really workable now just set up, but make believe payment system for demo) 9) entry disclaimer (to be clear that they are using the system with rewards and that they gave their information to us) 10) question and answer category game drop down with multiplayer availability 11) per game reward winner and per game reward payout 12) products page (max 15 overall) (negotiable) 13) contact us (standard) 14) about us (standard) 15) space on side for 3 or 4 banner ads (standard, just set space in place not really functional) I am needing this done right away and with speed. My budget is very tight on this. I am willing to go to part B with you if they accept this for a bigger site.
