Our organization just began implementing Salesforce Enterprise and I'm looking for a consultant to utilize for implementation and advice.
Things I would like to accomplish:
1. Setting up workflow automation according to our companies sales process.
2. Help understanding and implementing salesforce from a management aspect. This would entail determining our ROI on campaigns, efficiency of sales people, close percentage etc. Not just activities associated with lead follow up.
3. I have one enterprise account for myself and I will be adding "contractor accounts/preferred partner accounts" for our various salespeople to login to and update opportunities and contact info and assign tasks, events to other members etc. I want an in house backend on our company website where our sales people can login to gain access to salesforce.
4. Potential to get into application programming down the road to develop solutions to make our company operations more efficient. As we are a construction company and salesforce does have the potential to be effective in a project management environment based on discussions with my sales consultant...there could be potential to really develop sales force in our orgainzation.
We are in Vancouver, BC. Local consultants here charge $150 per hour so I'm obviously looking for something more competitive. Please advise of your typical hourly rate in your response.
