English and Spanish Sales Caller for Legal Firm

I manage a fast-paced legal services office in the United States and need a bilingual representative who can switch comfortably between Spanish and strong, professional English. You’ll be the first voice many potential clients hear, handling both inbound questions and proactive outbound follow-ups, but always with a sales focus—guiding prospects toward booking a consultation or retaining our services. The majority of conversations will be in English. Previous success in customer service or, ideally, phone-based sales are required. Your typical day will include answering new-client inquiries, calling warm leads, updating brief notes in our CRM, and relaying any legal-specific questions back to the attorneys.
