Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Coldcaller / Telefonakquisiteur (m/w/d) für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit auf Freelance-Basis. Aufgabe: Telefonische Kaltakquise von Handwerksbetrieben Deutschlandweit Ziel: Vereinbarung eines kostenlosen 15-minütigen Erstgesprächs (Termin-Setting für den Inhaber), kein Direktverkauf Arbeit erfolgt direkt in unserem firmeneigenen CRM: dort werden täglich frische, vorqualifizierte Leads bereitgestellt (Firmenname, Inhaber, Telefonnummer, Website-Schwachstellen-Notiz) Anrufe werden direkt aus dem CRM heraus getätigt Nach jedem Anruf: Status-Update im CRM (erreicht / nicht erreicht / Termin / kein Interesse / Wiedervorlage), kurze Notiz zum Gesprächsverlauf Gesprächsleitfaden, Einwandbehandlung und Argumentationshilfen werden komplett gestellt Wöchentliches 15-Minuten-Sync per Telefon zur Optimierung Anforderungen: Akzentfreies bzw. verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (Muttersprachler-Niveau zwingend, da Zielgruppe konservative Handwerksbetriebe) Nachweisbare Erfahrung in B2B-Telefonakquise, idealerweise im Bereich Webdesign / Marketing / SaaS Sympathische, ruhige Telefonstimme — keine aggressive Verkaufsmasche Eigener Arbeitsplatz mit ruhiger Umgebung und stabiler Telefon-/Internetverbindung Zuverlässigkeit und saubere Dokumentation der Anrufe Konditionen / Rahmen: Durchschnittliches Auftragsvolumen pro gewonnenem Kunden: 2.500–5.000 € netto (Mittel ca. 3.500 €) Vergütung — drei Komponenten: Fixum: 8–10 €/h (je nach Erfahrung, wird nach Testphase festgelegt) Termin-Bonus: 25 € pro qualifiziertem Termin (Qualifiziert = Inhaber persönlich gesprochen, Termin steht im Kalender, Inhaber erscheint und Erstgespräch dauert mind. 10 Min. No-Show oder Absage <24 h zählt nicht.) Erfolgsbeteiligung: 7 % vom Netto-Auftragsvolumen bei abgeschlossenem Kunden (Beispiel: 3.500-€-Kunde = 245 € Bonus. 5.000-€-Kunde = 350 € Bonus.) Realistisches Verdienstbeispiel: Bei 10 h/Woche und durchschnittlicher Performance: ca. 3–4 qualifizierte Termine + 1 Abschluss pro Woche → 80–100 € Fixum + 75–100 € Termin-Bonus + ca. 245 € Erfolgs-Bonus → ca. 400–450 € pro Woche bzw. 40–45 €/h effektiv Bei Top-Performance (6+ Termine, 2 Abschlüsse pro Woche): bis zu 60 €/h effektiv möglich. Testphase: Erste 100 Anrufe zum Festpreis (nach Absprache, ca. 150–200 €). Bei beidseitiger Zufriedenheit Übergang in das o. g. Modell mit Erfolgskomponenten.
