Job Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller (English Fluency Required) Hours: 5 hours/day • 5 days/week (25 hrs/week) Experience: Real Estate & CRM Experience Preferred Software: FollowUp Boss (required), Google Sheets, Dialers About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to join our real estate investment & real estate sales team. This person will focus on cold calling, lead management, and CRM organization inside FollowUp Boss. You must be comfortable speaking with sellers, gathering property info, tagging leads correctly, and following up consistently to convert opportunities. Responsibilities Cold Calling & Lead Outreach Make daily cold calls to leads inside our CRM Call any seller lists we provide (absentee, preforeclosure, equity, etc.) Prequalify sellers using our script (motivation, condition, timeline, price) Set appointments and send notes into FollowUp Boss Handle warm/hot leads immediately and pass them to us in real time CRM & Data Management Pull lists from county records or list sources (training provided) Enter and organize leads inside Google Sheets Tag leads in FollowUp Boss as warm / hot / cold / dead Update notes after every conversation Keep the pipeline clean and fully updated daily Lead Conversion & Follow-Up Send texts/emails through FollowUp Boss Follow our follow-up schedule for cold leads Turn as many warm leads into appointments as possible Requirements Fluent English (strong communication required) Experience with FollowUp Boss or similar CRM Experience in real estate cold calling preferred Ability to stay organized and follow instructions Reliable internet connection and good-quality headset Consistency—must show up every day and stay on task Preferred Skills (Not Required) Real estate acquisitions experience Real estate wholesaling experience Ability to skip trace and pull lists Familiarity with investor-style scripts Schedule & Pay 5 hours/day 5 days/week Consistent long-term work
