Implementation of Zoho CRM. 1. Transfer of functionalities which we have now in Insightly to ZOHO 2. Adding new functionalities in ZOHO 3. Integration with a new website

we are a company that sells and organizes training for professionals. Currently we want to change our CRM from Insightly to ZOHO. We look for a developer who will:

1. Transfer existing functionalities from Insightly CRM to Zoho CRM (they are basic, nothing sophisticated), we have a map of the process

2. Then we want to add new functionalities to Zoho described in the attached document

3. Integrate ZOHO with a new website which is being built (estimated completion - end of March).

Attached is a document with a project brief and requirements divided into phases and categories.

I also attached an NDA - if you are interested in cooperation, please send it back with your signature on it. Based on that we will share details of the customer service process map.

We would preferably commission all the work (3 phases) to one developer but if you are able to complete only part of the work, it is OK. If you are capable of doing it and interested in working for us, please send me the estimate of each phase - cost and time.

The new website is to be put into operation ( placing the website on servers) 29.03.2021 and we would like to have phase 1 and 2 done before this date. We need about 10-15 users in the Zoho in the beginning and this number will probably grow. We have a license already and can manage it ourselves.
