Project Overview:
We seek a skilled Freelance/Contract LinkedIn Outreach and CRM Automation Specialist to help us execute and manage our outreach strategy. This role focuses on setting up, optimizing, and scaling LinkedIn outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Helper or Octopus, integrating these efforts with HubSpot CRM, and designing advanced automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience with LinkedIn automation tools and CRM systems, with a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Outreach Setup and Management:
Configure LinkedIn Helper or Octopus to automate connection requests, messaging, and profile visits.
Develop and execute advanced, multi-step LinkedIn outreach campaigns tailored to different targeted segments.
Provide documentation and training for internal teams to manage LinkedIn Helper campaigns post-project.
CRM Integration and Management:
Integrate LinkedIn Helper or Octopus with HubSpot CRM using Zapier or similar tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking of outreach activities.
Set up initial contact segmentation within HubSpot CRM, ensuring segments are properly categorized.
Automate follow-up workflows in HubSpot CRM based on LinkedIn engagement and other triggers.
Content Creation and Management: ( Partial efforts & To be determined)
Develop personalized LinkedIn messages, email sequences, and content for outreach campaigns.
Create content such as pitch decks, reports, and white papers, and manage their distribution via tools like DocSend or PandaDoc.
Track engagement with shared content and trigger follow-up actions based on interactions.

Opportunity Campaign
Automation and Workflow Integration:
LinkedIn to CRM Sync: Automate syncing of LinkedIn activities with HubSpot CRM for tracking and follow-up.
Automated Follow-Ups: Set up automated follow-ups in HubSpot CRM based on LinkedIn engagement.
Lead Scoring: Implement lead scoring to prioritize investor follow-ups based on engagement level.
Content Distribution and Tracking:
Tools: Use DocSend or PandaDoc to distribute pitch decks reports and track engagement.
Automation: Trigger specific follow-up actions based on how investors engage with shared content.
Project Milestones:
Milestone 1 : Setup and Initial Campaigns
Milestone 2): Optimization and Advanced Automation
Milestone 3 : Handover and Continuous Improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
LinkedIn Automation Expertise:
Proven experience with LinkedIn Helper or similar tools.
Ability to design and execute advanced LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
CRM Management:
Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, including segmentation, workflow automation, and data integration.
Familiarity with integrating LinkedIn activities into CRM systems.
Content Creation and Management:
Experience in creating effective LinkedIn messages, email sequences, and other outreach content.
Ability to manage and track content distribution using tools like DocSend or PandaDoc.
Analytical and Optimization Skills:
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance outreach effectiveness.
