We are seeking to obtain a CRM system that will simplify the day to day recording and outcomes for practitioners as the priority users.
We are a social enterprise and our approach is to provide intensive support for vulnerable individuals and families with multi-complex needs, providing holistic support within welfare, housing, education and employment. Our partners make direct referrals, with all our projects coming under the umbrella of housing (private, social and local authority), schools and employment.
Our current processes are on paper forms, excel and word docs and would like to have one system that incorporate the work all our teams do. I have included our referral and pre-intervention forms related to our Education programme for reference as well as a CRM analysis tick sheet to highlight the system needs for our organisation (which can be filled in over the phone together or prior if easier).
