Terra Manglar is a horizontal real estate project located in one of the most rapidly appreciating areas in Northeast Brazil: Jericoacoara, internationally renowned as a high-end kitesurf and tourism destination. While prime lots in the region are currently valued at USD 450 to 600 per square meter (SQM), we acquired our property at a significantly lower cost in 2020, ensuring highly attractive profit potential for early investors. We now offer the chance to participate in the project’s initial stage at only USD 9 per SQM, aiming to raise USD 2 million to settle the final two installments on the land purchase. Project Status • Land Acquisition: Most of the land payment has already been settled since our 2020 purchase.
