228709 Simple XHTML/CSS layout needed

Hello everyone, I need one page of XHTML written for a simple Real Estate website, along with its corresponding CSS. The site must be a completely table-less design. Again, only ONE page. Templates will not be accepted. I'd like the site to resemble: [login to view URL] However, I've changed the design slightly and provided my own simple mockup of how I want it to look like (see uploaded files). Keep in mind though, I put it together in 10 minutes, so don't let the quality fool you.. I will want you to take my design and make it professional looking. So what I need: - Just ONE page, the front page, written in XHTML and CSS - Even though it's just one page, I'll still need it coded as though there are multiple pages. In other words, it'll need to have a nav bar at the top - A better layout than the one I've provided It's a simple project and shouldn't take too long. I will be providing almost everything including background images, photos, flash slideshow files, copy, and so on. I just need your creativity and coding abilities!
