Fix Responsive CSS for a Website

We have a new website that originally used a responsive HTML5 template, but we have made so many changes that it no longer functions properly on smartphones and small tablets. We need someone to step in and fix the responsive CSS for the site. It has already been started, we just need someone to complete it! You can see the site at: [login to view URL] We do have a development site that you will be given access to and can work directly there. Due to the template nature of the ecommerce system we are using, you will NOT be able to develop this on a localhost. As annoying as it may be, you will have to upload the CSS file each time you need to see the changes live on the development site. Here is what we will provide: - clear direction and images of exactly how we want the site to look on different screen sizes - we will respond to any questions you have via email in under 6 hrs during development - the responsive css has already been started (see the site address above, download the [login to view URL] file if you want) What we need: - someone that has expert level css experience, along with html5 and possibly javascript experience as well - someone who can write efficient css and/or code, and will comment unclear css and/or code so another developer can easily follow it - responsive design that exactly matches the images and specs we send you (if you must deviate from our design, please contact us first) - clear communication if you run into issues, or if the site requires any html or javascript changes... you must inform us before attempting anything other than css changes, please!
