Implement Redesign of Site (Python/Django)

We are seeking an individual to implement our new design into first our development site, then switch it over to our working live site. The designer has the finished new design in PSD but we will also provide the spliced images for you. But also have the site work how we want it to work. Plus we need u to keep in mind mobile and I pad viewing. We changed the site because we wanted it to be mobile friendly. Right now on the current live site it is not fun to view our site because the viewer has to zoom into see stuff, which sucks. Two events will prob show when they viewing on their mobile phone. So a recap of the persons capabilities for this project: 1) Front End - html/css styling 2) Python/Django Programming - coding to make the new design work + small things that may need to be changed from new design 3) Mobile and Ipad Friendly - Ability to make the site mobile and Ipad Friendly - how that look we can speak further on On the development site is an idea of how the page will look See link below.
