Single page CSS and HTML

I need someone with fast skills to make the CSS and HTML for a SINGLE PAGE. I need someone who can make it today. I am giving all the information here and the structure at the attachments (please take a look at the attachments as they will really help us to do it right in the first time). You need to separate the content in 3 parts as showed at "[login to view URL]" attachment. ABOUT JAVASCRIPTS (attachment "[login to view URL]"): 1) BACK TO TOP [login to view URL] 2) SLIDER 1 [login to view URL] Or something with the fading effect. Attention: Needs to be a content slider, since I have to keep the same structure 3) CAPTION [login to view URL] You can use any javascript you want. Just keep the design as show: when hovering the image, it fades in black and appears a white "plus" in front of it. 4) SLIDERS 2 and 3: Use the same movement used on the top slider at: [login to view URL] Crossbroser compatibility: At least Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, IE7, IE8 and IE9 WC3 Compatibility would be great.
