Web/UI design for a Chrome Plug-in

Hi, I am developing a chrome plugin that is written in HTML/CSS?React. I need a website designer to help me with the UI/UX for the plugin. Specifically, the following needs to be done: 1. Take my basic web pages and use your design skiils to improve the look and feel and UX of the pages. 2. Provide me with HTML/CSS that I can then use in my React project. There may need to be a certain amount fo iteration, so I would expect the freelancer to be available via Zoom/Skype to go though the designs with me and make any changes requested. At this stage I am looking to see your portfolio, I will provide more details of the project to select freelancers and you can update your bid based on the details. My main criteria for selection is: 1. Quality of design and UX of sites/projects you have worked on. 2. Quality of communication.
