PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PROJECT DESCRIPTION BEFORE RESPONDING. THERE ARE SPECIFIC THINGS I'M LOOKING FOR IN YOUR PM. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM IN THERE, I WILL DELETE YOUR PM.
We are looking for a freelancer/firm to do some XHTML/CSS work.
Workflow is fairly standard:
-We have a subversion project setup which we commit the psds to.
-We use basecamp to facilitate conversations/modifications
-You commit css/html files to subversion repository.
Our site is already in production, so the type of project will be slightly different than a new website project. Instead of us saying "please go develop this page", it will be more like "here is an existing page. We are developing a new feature to be added to it, please xhtml/css it into that page." Therefore the work will be in short bursts as we need it, but if we like your quality of work, we will keep hiring you for more work. I can promise you this: good work will lead to more engagements for you with our site. Based on this model, we will be hiring a CSS developer on an hourly basis. Please include your hourly rate in your PM. I would estimate we'll give you 15 hours of work a week.
Please include any portfolio work you have done, and expect that I will contact them to verify that you did work on the site.
