Assignments vary: one day you may dine incognito at a restaurant or browse a high-street clothing store, the next you might test-drive a car, check in at a hotel, drop into an electronics or financial branch, or even run a purely remote check by phone or email. Because each brief is different, I supply full guidelines beforehand—what to observe, which touchpoints to test, the questions you must silently ask yourself along the way. After the visit you’ll upload your notes, time-stamped photos or screenshots, and your objective assessment through our online portal. What matters most to me is a sharp eye and the discipline to record facts exactly as they unfold. Prior mystery-shopping experience is welcome but not essential; attention to detail is non-negotiable.
