I need an administrator/customer service operator who can accept shift requests from our clients and then post those shift requests to particular staff Scope - receive shifts requests from our customers via email and then post those shifts in our HR system (FoundU) for our staff to accept. - confirm and communicate back with our customers that we've received their shift request and when we fill the shift - provide our customers with details of the employee that will be attending the shift This role needs to be available to receive requests with 1-2mins of receiving it between 5pm - 9am AEST Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
