I need a reliable voice on the line each weekday from 1 pm – 5 pm New York time. During that window every incoming call to my e-commerce store and our small network of resellers will be routed to you. Most conversations are simple customer support matters, and the question we hear most often is about product information. Occasionally you may field an order-status or basic tech query, but those are far less frequent and you can always transfer anything you are unsure about. You will receive a brief script, a FAQ sheet and live walkthrough training before your first shift so you feel comfortable. Calls come to you through our cloud phone app, so a quiet desk, a solid internet connection and a headset are essential. You will note each interaction in the shared ticket system and flag anything that needs follow-up. The position starts this week at a flat rate of $2 per hour.
