Responsabilidades Mantener contacto con el Fundador de la compañía (disminuyendo la brecha generacional, permitiendo la actualización de la compañía sin que su experiencia y toma de decisión se pueda ver afectada en ningún nivel, según los nuevos modelos). Mantener a la gerencia al día sobre reuniones, hitos y eventos clave. Redactar y enviar recordatorios y correos de cobranzas a clientes. Realizar llamados para concretar reuniones. Dar apoyo en entrenamientos internos (logística, materiales, seguimiento). Coordinar tareas y dar seguimiento de pendientes con el equipo. Preparar resúmenes semanales de actividades y reportes de estado. Favorecer una comunicación clara y oportuna entre las áreas. Requisitos Inglés intermedio o superior (oral y escrito). Excelente organización y gestión del tiempo. Buena redacción y habilidades de comunicación. Proactividad y autonomía para el trabajo remoto. Internet estable y equipo propio. Debe ser: 1. Determinación y firmeza No se intimida ante evasivas o excusas. Sabe sostener la conversación hasta obtener un compromiso concreto. Transmite seguridad y confianza en cada interacción. 2. Entrada estratégica (“suave pero contundente”) Inicio cordial y empático: genera apertura y evita resistencia. Escucha activa: identifica el mejor momento para endurecer el tono. Transición natural a firmeza: pasa de lo diplomático a lo directo sin perder profesionalismo. 3. Agresividad controlada Sabe presionar con datos, fechas y consecuencias claras. Utiliza un tono fuerte cuando corresponde, pero nunca pierde el respeto ni la cortesía. Aplica la “presión justa” para mover al cliente sin romper la relación. 4. Habilidad de negociación táctica Alterna entre flexibilidad (plazos o acuerdos) y exigencia (cumplimiento inmediato). Maneja silencios y preguntas directas para incomodar de forma constructiva. Genera la sensación de urgencia sin sonar desesperado. 5. Personalidad enérgica y resiliente Mantiene ímpetu constante, incluso tras rechazos o retrasos. Su actitud inspira respeto y credibilidad. Tiene temple para insistir, adaptarse y volver a intentar con nuevas estrategias.
