I need a native-level Portuguese and English customer service specialist to take charge of outbound support calls. The main goal is technical support assistance, specifically resolving account issues. You will ring customers after their initial contact, follow up by email, and make sure every question is fully settled while representing us in a friendly, professional manner. All interactions must be logged in our Endurance CRM as you work, capturing the issue category, actions taken, and final resolution. I will supply call lists, templates, and product briefs; you bring the empathy, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through. Acceptance criteria • Every assigned customer receives at least one follow-up call plus a confirmation email • 100 % of call outcomes recorded accurately in Endurance CRM • Customer confirms their account issue is solved or escalated appropriately on the first follow-up whenever possible If you have proven outbound experience and can start quickly, I look forward to working together.
