I am opening Driza’s new representative office in Casablanca and need a full-time, on-site Moroccan professional to run day-to-day operations from Monday to Friday. What you will take charge of • Client communication & support – answering inquiries, following up on orders, and making sure every visitor or caller leaves satisfied. • Administrative work – maintaining files, preparing basic reports, scheduling meetings, and keeping the office organised. • Sales & marketing assistance – helping draft local promotions, coordinating with our global team on campaigns, and attending occasional customer meetings. What I expect you to bring • Proven success in a comparable front-office or representative role. • Strong organisational skills; you can juggle several tasks without losing track of details. • Language fluency: native Arabic (Darija), plus polished French and confident English—both spoken and written. • A background in customer service is especially valuable and will help you excel from day one.
