I need one reliable professional who can wear two hats comfortably. First, you will conduct personality-development sessions with a laser focus on building self-confidence. Think short, engaging workshops, individual follow-ups, and practical exercises that participants can use immediately. Materials, slide decks, or hand-outs you design should be simple, action-oriented, and easy to reuse for future cohorts. Second, you will act as my front-line telecaller, taking incoming calls and offering friendly, general customer assistance. No hard sales or complex technical troubleshooting—just clear answers to everyday questions and a reassuring voice that leaves callers feeling supported and valued. A concise call-log in Google Sheets (or a similar cloud tool) after each shift will keep everything organised. Deliverables • Interactive confidence-building training programme (session outline, learner hand-outs, and a brief post-training feedback summary). • Daily call-log with caller issue, resolution, and follow-up notes. • Weekly report highlighting common questions and any improvements you notice in participants’ confidence levels.
